First Timers Training Day

Are you new to motorcycling or interested in becoming a better, safer rider?

Wanting to get into your first track day?

If you have done a track day before and found there are too many fast riders in your group. Well, this day is just for you.

MotoTT in conjunction with California Superbike School are offering new riders the opportunity to become more competent riders in a closed-circuit environment.

That means no oncoming traffic, a predictable surface and repetition on corners where there is space for you to improve and refine your cornering technique.

This is a training day, not a track day; as such it is a speed-controlled event. There will be a lead rider in every session who cannot be passed. If you intend to ride as fast as you can this is not a day for you. All groups will be speed limited to 130kph.

You will receive 6 on-track sessions for the day. Each on-track session is preceded by a 15-minute classroom session. The classroom sessions provide a step-by-step approach to engaging a corner, allowing you to get the best out of your machine and keep you safe.

Working with Pukekohe Motorsport Park we have secured dry weather only days for our upcoming training days and we will only host the event on a dry day so be prepared that the day may be postponed if wet. If we postpone your entry will be held as a credit for the next event.

Bookings are required to secure your place.
